In order to be able to receive calls and chat conversations, make sure that when you log in to the panel you have your status set to “Online” – You can check or change this in the top left corner (under the logo):
You will be redirected to the chat window. On the left side of the page you can see active chats and those waiting to be answered. Next to each client you can see his/her name, date of joining and an icon indicating the form of connection – chat, voice or video call:
On the right side of the page is the chat window. At the very bottom there is a space for you to type in your message:
To access detailed information about a customer, click the “Details” button in the upper right corner:
You will then be presented with the customer’s details and a form to enter your own notes:
To end the call, click the “Close” button:
