Offline leads are your potential customers who, via a widget, left you a message asking for contact when you were not at your computer. Thanks to this solution you can attract potential customers regardless of the time of day.
How do you check your list of leads offline?
After logging into the dashboard, go to the “Offline Leads” tab:
The table will contain messages from people who are waiting for a callback. To see the contact’s details and the message they left, click “Options” and then “View”:
In contact details you have an overview of the message your customer left you:
You can also check the contact information the customer left, what device they were using or what subpage the message was sent from:
If you want, you can add your notes about this client – just type them in the form just below the client information and click the “Save note” button:
The saved note will appear in the column on the left, below the content of the message the customer left. In addition to the content of the note, you see the date the note was created and the name of the operator:
